I recently joined Mojoey's Atheist Blogroll. I found the collection of blogs in this blogroll to be quite intriguing. If you're interested and would like to join, you can find instructions and minimum requirements here.
I think it is possible to view the blogroll without participating in it. You just need to follow this link to see that the code to access the blogroll is available for everyone. If you want to view the blogroll without even using the javascript, you should find a site that displays the full blogroll (like this one) and just view it there.

If not, it sounds fishy to me why have such an elitist attitude!!
